What You’ll Do:

• Diagnose and repair copier equipment at client sites using diagnostic tools and manuals.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through timely, courteous, and cost-effective service.
• Maintain accurate inventory of tools, parts, and supplies in your service vehicle.
• Complete technical training on new equipment and stay current with evolving technologies.
• Accurately document service calls, time entries, and inventory usage.
• Represent the client professionally in appearance and conduct.
• Attend team meetings and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma and 2+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent).
• Associate degree preferred.
• Experience with Sharp, Canon, HP, or Konica equipment is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and a clean driving record.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing environments.
• Proficiency with MS Office and other business collaboration tools.
