Northern Light Eastern Maine Medical Center is seeking a Bariatrician to join our strong, established group surgical practice medically supervising patients with our non-surgical weight loss program.

The ideal candidate will have completed a residency in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine and be BC or BE. They will also be a Diplomat of the American Board of Obesity Medicine or willing tobegin certification process.They will supervise and partner with our NP/PA staff clinical support for review of difficult cases.

Northern Light Eastern Maine Medical Center is a 411- bed, regional tertiary care and ACS verified level II trauma center serving a patient population of 500,000 living in the northern 2/3 of the state's geography. The hospital is a base for LifeFlight of Maine, a critical care air transportation service flying nearly 900 missions per year.
