We havea great position for a policy & risk coordinator wanting to make a positive difference in someone's life! You would be responsible for facilitating the development, standardization, and maintenance of policies along with coordination and alignment of procedures supporting the delivery of safe, quality, home and community care services that are compliant with state and federal regulations.You would be responsible for supporting the on-line policy portal and risk management on-line system. You will be working with the leadership team to review policies and risk events to ensure compliance with State & Federal regulations and System Initiatives.Additionally, you would be a backup to Reception as needed. Utilizing the latest information technologies and telecommunication systems, VNA provides you with a variety of experiences. In addition you would play an integral role in collaborating with other members of the administrative team.
An Associates' degree in Business, Office Administration or related field or the equivalent in professional knowledge and experience
Five years administrative or project management experience
Proficient in MS Office applications, in addition to image software programs and database management
Ability to identify and comprehend regulations and standards with strict adherence to same
Strong proficiency in English grammar, editing, proofreading, and document version control
Evidence of effective communication skills, using verbal, written, and telephonic means
