At Blue Marble Geographics, the success of our customers and employees is of equal importance to us. This success starts with our Customer Engagement team and will go as far as you are willing to take it.

Responsibilities include:

  • Processing sales and qualifying leads for our Account Management Team
  • Supporting Account Managers via video call and in-person (trade shows) to educate customers on our geospatial software and licensing.
  • Strengthening relationships with reselling partners, new clients, and existing customers.
  • Troubleshooting low-level technical issues before escalation to Technical Support.
  • Providing high-level customer support and service by email and phone. No cold calling.
  • Educate yourself and others on geographic information systems and technology in general.

General Requirements

Candidates must have exceptional communication skills (verbal and written), interest in strengthening interpersonal relationships, and comfort with technology of varying degrees of complexity. Business-to-business sales or marketing experience is a plus but can be supplanted by demonstrable interest in who we are and what we do. A high energy level, creative instinct, and sense of humor are essential.

Education Requirements

A College degree is required.
