Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Pizza Maker to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate has a deep appreciation for the art of pizza making and is excited to use our wood-fired oven. You will be responsible for the entire pizza-making process, from dough preparation to the final bake, ensuring every pizza that leaves our kitchen meets our high standards of quality and consistency. Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain the wood-fired oven, including managing temperature, rotating pizzas for an even cook, and ensuring a perfect crust.
• Prepare pizza dough from scratch according to our recipe.
• Hand-stretch and shape dough.
• Skillfully top and assemble pizzas with precision and care.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work station, adhering to all food safety and health regulations.
• Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Prepare and portion a variety of fresh ingredients, including sauces, cheeses, meats, and vegetables.
• Monitor ingredient inventory and assist with ordering as needed.
