General Purpose: Interacts with customers, company sales and/or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions. Receives customer requests and prepares documents/trouble tickets related to processing returns (RMA), servicing and exchanges. Updates databases with status of returned materials issues and accounts for returns inventory. Records and reports the status of equipment returns, repairs, replacements, sales orders and delivery schedules. Ensure service information accessible by sorting and filing documents/forms. May schedule field service repair calls. Handles requests for additional company materials. Maintains records of returns, schedule changes, product enhancements or changes and product pricing, and resolves return credit problems.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

·         Maintains standards of excellence for customer experience during onboarding and Implementation of new accounts.  Example: Educates customers during onboarding process on features and functionality of program.  Assists customer with questions and makes set up and implementation recommendations based on customer needs uncovered during consultative communication with the customer.  Maintains high level of accurance during data entry and custom set up of fuel cards and programs across partners.


·         Maintains knowledge to build accounts and facilitates entering cards, drivers and comprehensive account set up per customer and program specifications.    An acute knowledge of the various systems is essential.  Keeps abreast of issues or changes that could impact partner expectations or jeopardize SLA’s as they relate to this position.


·         Upsells ancillary products and makes quality telematics referrals

Minimum Required Qualifications for Consideration
  • ·         Excellent data entry accuracy

    ·         Excel and Word Proficient

    ·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    ·         Good Product and Process knowledge

    ·         Successful time management and work prioritization

    ·         Goal driven and results oriented

    ·         Must Pass a successful background Investigation

Preferred Qualifications for Consideration:

·         Core System Proficiency (Offis/Siebel)

·         Utilizes sales tools as appropriate (fuel save, fuel locator, online, etc)

·         Identifies opportunities to sell/retain a customer

·         Sound sales skills, can identify customer need and makes appropriate recommendations to solidify the sale
