Westbrook Middle School is searching for an energetic, positive long term substitute science teacher to join our sixth grade team for the remainder of this school year.
We are searching for a dynamic, collaborative educator who has extensive knowledge and practice in designing and implementing a science program aligned with the Next Generation Science Standards as well as Maine and Westbrook Learning Standards. They will join other science educators across the school and district in developing innovative science pathways. They will also be a part of a four person, interdisciplinary grade level team who support the needs of a diversity of learners who provide relevant learning opportunities with an emphasis on real-world and hands-on experiences.
