Candidate must be licensed in the State of Maine as a registered professional nurse
Candidate must be certified as a school nurse including CHRC authorization.
Experience as a school nurse preferred.
Experience maintaining, evaluating and interpreting cumulative health data to accommodate student needs.
Experience and knowledge of Section 504 of the Americans with Disabilities Act preferred.
Demonstrated effectiveness serving as a health liaison between school, home and community health and medical agencies is necessary.
Demonstrated success working with educators on medical issues related to student learning.
