Job Description
Join the Assertive Community Treatment Team, an evidence-based, intensive treatment for adults with chronic mental health issues. We provide clinical case management, psychiatric medication oversight and rehabilitation services using a highly skilled multi-disciplinary team approach to those in need.
CRMA is also required but CHCS will supply the training for this certificate.
