Lung Cancer Screening Program Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant Opportunity

Excellent opportunity for a physician assistant or nurse practitioner to join our 5 skilled surgeons and seven other allied health professionals in a well-established, hospital-employed practice. Responsibilities include,but are not limited to:

·Coordinating with Pulmonology, Radiology and Oncology with the Thoracic Oncology Nurse Practitioner to ensure continuityof care.

·Oversite for entire system wide processes for Northern Light Eastern Maine Medical Center's Lung Cancer Screening program.

·Provide Tobacco Cessation counseling for all patients during shared decision-making visits.

·Oversite and coordination of shared decision-making visits for all annual and new lung cancer screening patients(currently 2000+)
