KidsPeace National Centers of New England – Graham Lake Residential Program

KidsPeace is seeking seasonal summer team members for our Graham Lake Residential Program, supporting children with emotional and behavioral challenges in a structured, compassionate, and therapeutic environment.
What We Offer
Starting pay: $20/hour
No nights or weekends: Monday - Friday 7:00AM - 3:00PM OR 8:00AM -4:00PM
What You’ll Do
Residential Childcare Counselors
Supervise and support children in a therapeutic residential setting
Build positive relationships and help implement treatment plans
Maintain structure, consistency, and a safe environment
Complete documentation and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license
Available Monday through Friday 7:00AM-3:00PM OR 8:00AM-4:00pm
Strong communication skills and a passion for helping youth succeed
Must pass background checks and provide professional references
