Property Maintenance Technician

Princeton Properties, a premier New England based Property Management Firm is currently seeking a full-time MAINTENANCE TECHNICAN for our apartment communities in Portalnd ME.  This is a great opportunity for a technican with multifamily apartment-home maintenance skills and experience.

We are looking for a self starter who has the ability to work independently and as part of a team.  You will perform work orders, make ready turns, snow removal, respond to on call emergencies.


  • Strong maintenance skills including general plumbing,electrical,carpentry and appliance repair.
  • Must have and maintain a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
  • Have personal hand tool inventory to perform tasks.
  • Must have the physical ability to lift 50lbs as well as the ability to perform all physical requirements of the job including lifting,bending,stooping,walking,reaching,crawling,twisting and standing for varied periods of time.
  • Must be available after hours and weekends for emergency on-call rotation.  On-call rotaion is for a period of one week that occurs every 5-6 weeks.
  • Must be available for all snow and ice removal.
  • Must live within a 30-minute commuting distance from the work site for emergency on-call response requirement.
  • Must successfully pass a pre-employment background screening.

Compensation will be commensurate with skill level along with a paid monthly bonus program.
