We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service & Order Entry Specialist to be the pillar of support for our clients. We want YOU to be the friendly voice at the heart of it all.
Key Responsibilities:
l Provide outstanding service and support through inbound and outbound calls and emails
l Listen actively and respond empathetically to customer needs, ensuring a positive and memorable experience
l Identify sales opportunities and confidently upsell or cross-sell products and services that meet customer needs
l Accurately document customer interactions and maintain up-to-date records in ERP systems (NetSuite experience a plus)
l Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally, escalating complex issues when necessary
l Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction
l Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with care and accuracy, ensuring timely delivery
l Adapt to evolving processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
What You Bring:
l 3+ years of experience in customer service or call center roles, ideally with a sales component
l Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for active listening and clear articulation
l Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through reliably
l A calm, solution-focused mindset—even when working under pressure
A natural ability to identify and act on sales opportunities
l Proficiency with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and the Microsoft Office Suite
l A proactive, adaptable approach with a desire to grow and contribute in a fast-paced environment
