Provider Enrollment Associate
Entry level position responsible for performing administrative duties and enrollment functions in support of the Provider Enrollment department. Responsibilities include maintenance of enrollment documents, data entry and data base maintenance of several data bases, provider terminations with the health plans, and expirable maintenance. The provider enrollment associate will also participate in Operational Excellence performance improvement activities.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Minimum of 1 year experience in healthcare setting preferred.
Basic understanding of healthcare terminology.
Proficient computer skills including but not limited to; Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe.
Detailed oriented, with the ability to work well under pressure, readily adapt to change, and excel in a time-sensitive productivity based environment.
Ability to be well organized.
Ability to maintain a professional manner even under stressful situations.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with provider enrollment team.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
