Our client is hiring a Senior AI Data Engineer (Agentic Systems) to build agentic AI systems, autonomous AI agents, and AI?driven data platforms for a next?generation enterprise ERP software product serving small and medium?sized businesses. This senior?level AI data engineering role focuses on LLMs, retrieval?augmented generation (RAG), vector databases, knowledge graphs, semantic layers, and enterprise data architecture, enabling AI reasoning over complex ERP, relational, and structured enterprise data. As a Senior AI Data Engineer working on agent?based systems, AI automation, and modern data engineering, you will help transform legacy ERP systems into modern, AI?powered enterprise platforms.
What You’ll Do
- Build AI context engines that allow agents to reason over millions of ERP records without hallucinations
- Design advanced retrieval pipelines (RAG) for structured enterprise data
- Construct knowledge graphs and semantic layers that map complex ERP relationships
- Develop agents that analyze and map legacy schemas automatically
- Create synthetic data pipelines and evaluation systems to test AI workflows against ground truth
- Help modernize legacy ERP modules using agent frameworks like LangGraph or CrewAI
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience in Python, SQL, and modern data systems
- Experience building RAG pipelines, vector search systems, or AI-driven data retrieval
- Familiarity with pgvector, Qdrant, Milvus, or similar vector infrastructure
- Experience working with LLM agents or AI automation frameworks
- Ability to work with large, complex relational schemas
- A builder mindset: you prefer automation over manual processes
