Warehouse & Shipping Associate

What You’ll Do

• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders using warehouse systems and shipping software
• Load and unload shipments from various carriers
• Organize warehouse space to efficiently receive incoming freight
• Keep inventory areas stocked and organized
• Perform regular cycle counts and record inventory data
• Assist with inbound shipments and inventory transactions
• Work overtime when needed

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience in shipping, warehouse, or order fulfillment
• Forklift experience or certification preferred, but not required
• Familiarity with international shipping and documentation is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
• Ability to move heavier items (up to 500 lbs.) using equipment like pallet jacks
• Comfortable operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts
