Job Description
The primary duty of the Crisis Receiving Center Crisis Worker is to provide crisis intervention, crisis stabilization counseling, assessment and intervention services, and short-term community support to participants in the Crisis Receiving Center. The Crisis Receiving Center Crisis Worker collaborates with leadership and Receiving Center Staff in providing information, consultation and education programs about mental health crisis and services. Performing the duties of this position requires advanced knowledge in a field of science or learning customarily acquired by a prolonged course of specialized experience and instruction.
Must have a valid State of Maine driver’s license and automobile liability coverage of $100,000/$300,000.
