College of the Atlantic seeks a full-time Admission Operations Assistant. COA is looking for a dynamic, highly organized individual with excellent communication skills to provide administrative support for the college’s admission office. Duties include reception, overseeing outgoing and incoming mail, scheduling prospective student visits, database work, assisting with events, and other administrative support tasks. Position begins immediately.
Bachelor’s degree preferred and experience in customer service a plus; comfort working across databases and with computers, ability to prioritize tasks and multi-task, excellent written and verbal communication skills, including sensitivity to cross-cultural communications, and a commitment to student service; understanding of and enthusiasm for College of the Atlantic’s mission and programs is preferred.
