First impressions count and United Insurance is seeking a dynamic individual to join our agency in Portland. To succeed in the Receptionist/Administrative Support position, applicant should be self motivated, able to multi-task, thrive in a fast paced environment, possess strong computer skills, enjoy working with people and have the ability to manage detailed work, while maintaining a positive attitude. The right candidate will be responsible for the following duties:
 - greet clients and visitors
 - screen and answer incoming calls
 - process daily cash receipts and deposits
 - process in/out deposits and monthly reconciliation
 - update client database management system
 - sort and distribute mail and prepare outgoing mail
 - take client payments and resolve billing issues
 - order supplies and maintain supply area
 - troubleshoot copier issues with service provider
 - support account managers in day to day operations as needed
 - special projects and duties as assigned
