GROUNDSKEEPER
(FULL-TIME, YEAR-ROUND)
Waters Run Bed & Breakfast - Monmouth, ME
Waters Run Bed & Breakfast is seeking a dependable, hands-on Groundskeeper to help maintain our scenic lodging and event property. This role supports both outdoor upkeep and general property maintenance. Job duties will begin this Spring in anticipation of our Summer 2026 opening.
Key Duties:
* Lawn and landscape care (mowing, trimming, pruning, seasonal cleanup)
* Snow and debris removal; monitor weather-related hazards
* Property walk-throughs and light repairs (carpentry, painting, fixtures)
* Inspect basic systems and coordinate larger repairs
* Maintain tools, supplies, and maintenance logs
Qualifications:
* Experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or property maintenance preferred
* Good working knowledge of gardening techniques, plant care & maintenance
* Comfortable with physical outdoor work in all seasons
* Reliable, self-directed, and safety-minded
* Valid driver’s license; must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
Schedule & Pay:
Regular daytime hours; seasonal flexibility required. Competitive compensation based on experience.
