Blaze Partners is seeking a senior client strategist to join our growing team. Agency and/or client-side brand marketing experience is preferred. Successful candidate will possess the following qualities:

Experience in wellness, CPG, tourism and hospitality industries are a plus
Develop and foster positive client relationships though outstanding service, effective communication and unwavering resolve in helping to solve specific business challenges.
Develop client-facing presentations, proposals and read-outs—build strong cases and compelling arguments using data, research, creativity and industry trends. Provide overall presentation support to partners and colleagues.
Create and manage milestones for assigned projects by monitoring job progress—track schedules, communicate changes and proactively address and resolve workload barriers. Work with partners and colleagues to forecast upcoming workload, identifying peaks and valleys.
Oversee project execution and promote a smooth workflow between internal agency functions, freelancers, partner agencies and clients.
Have a solid working knowledge of advertising production: print, direct mail, digital (banners, emails, social etc.) and video so that compelling solutions and accurate timelines can be created and adhered to.
Participate in ongoing refinement of agency project processes, tools, software and policies.
Uphold quality standards for the agency. Ensure that agency processes and documentation is followed. Maintain complete paper/email chain and files for all projects.
BA or BS (or better) with at least 5 years experience in an advertising/creative/agency environment.
A healthy right/left brain balance.
Strong communications background, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, strong project management and time management skills.
Results-driven with strong analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and accurately.
Intellectual curiosity and a desire to remain current on industry trends.
