Starting pay rate will be $19/hour.
We are looking to add a skilled and personable Patient Support (Call Center) Representative to our team. The PSCR is the most important initial point of contact for patients and external providers calling into GPH. You will be answering phone calls in a patient-focused manner to assure exceptional care and patient access. The ideal candidate will have the highest standard of customer service and compassion for others, and will perform all duties in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and customer service standards.

Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent GED equivalent is required.
- Level 3 English is required.
- Strong customer service skills required.
- Call center experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, managed care, HMOs, and private insurance.
- Ability to work on site is required.
