About the role
The WEX International Technical Support team partners with our Account Relationship Managers to provide technical support to clients in need. Based in South Portland, ME, you will remotely support customers in the energy sector across Europe and Asia when they are encountering issues related to WEX card processing and payment platforms.
As a Software Development and Support Engineer, you will determine the priority of the requests, analyze the data input and the code itself, and fix the issue.

On a day to day basis, you will be sharing your time between triage/diagnostic (60%) and Software development (40%).
