Job Summary:
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions as needed to support service recipients.
- Offer consultation and instruction in rehabilitation techniques to team members, service recipients, family members, payers, and stakeholders clearly and helpfully.
- Evaluate service recipient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
- Represent the Agency in interactions within the Goodwill community and with the general public, aligning with our vision of creating thriving and inclusive communities.
- Help further the organizational commitment to triple-bottom-line results by integrating social, economic, and environmental goals into your work.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Current and in good standing LCSW or LCPC with the state of Maine.
- Prior experience counseling individuals with acquired Brain Injury is preferred.
- Proficiency in using a PC, including e-mail, Internet, and Microsoft Office software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance.
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
- Successful completion of a criminal background check that meets Agency standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with acquired Brain Injury counseling preferred.
