Schedule: Pool/Per Diem
Under the direction of the Manager Radiology, the Diagnostic Medical Sonographer performs diagnostic ultrasonic procedures at a technical level not requiring direct supervision.
- Registry or Certification from an accredited two-year allied health program or two years of college with emphasis on the biological sciences. Satisfactory completion of formal ultrasonic training program (1 year) or equivalent experience required. Program should be AMA approved.
Previous experience as a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer is desirable. Individual may have experience in neurosonology, abdominal, OB/GYN, peripheral vascular Doppler and echo cardiology
