Part-Time Talent Sourcing Coordinator (Hybrid)

Location: Hybrid (Remote with occasional onsite meetings in South Portland, ME)
Schedule: Part-Time, 24 hours per week
Pay: $22–$26 per hour

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and interested in helping connect great people with great opportunities? We're seeking a Part-Time Talent Sourcing Coordinator to support a busy Talent Acquisition team with recruiting coordination, candidate outreach, and sourcing initiatives. This hybrid position offers the flexibility to work remotely while maintaining occasional onsite collaboration, including attendance on your first day.

What You'll Do

• Review resumes and identify qualified candidates for open positions.
• Conduct initial outreach to candidates through Indeed and other recruiting platforms.
• Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Assist with social media recruiting and employment branding efforts.
• Perform resume screening and provide recruiting support to Talent Acquisition staff.
• Complete employment reference checks.
• Research and connect with Adult Education programs, community organizations, and local training providers to identify CNA and CNA Med Tech program opportunities.
• Help maintain an organized and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Provide additional recruiting and administrative support as needed.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in recruiting, human resources, administrative support, customer service, or a related field preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable using Indeed, social media platforms, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
• Professional, friendly, and detail-oriented approach.
• Must be able to report onsite in South Portland for the first day and occasional team meetings as needed.
