As a Residential Case Manager, you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of each resident’s treatment plan. Your primary focus will be guiding each resident to access necessary services and develop skills needed to move to a more independent setting. You will also act as a liaison with other providers to determine each resident’s readiness for full independence.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred or extensive experience in the field.
License/Certifications: MHRT-II or higher certification is preferred, or eligibility to receive MHRT-C Certification. Valid driver’s license and appropriate level of automobile liability insurance.
Experience: 1+ years of supervisory experience preferred. 2+ years of experience working with the chronic mentally ill is required.
Qualifies by DMHMR/SAS as “other qualified mental health professional.”
Able to pass driving safety standards as set by the insurance company.
