Full job description

The BHPA works closely with operations leadership and behavioral health team members to optimize the operations-oriented workflows around patient care at Greater Portland Health. The BHPA will perform practice duties ensuring the highest level of patient satisfaction is achieved. The BHPA will identify and update leadership on areas needing improvement and make suggestions for opportunities to increase operational efficiency and efficacy.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Level 3 English required
  • Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel required
  • Experience with NextGen highly preferred
  • 3-5 years' experience in a medical office setting preferred
