The Deputy Director supports the Human Resources Director and shares responsibility for the strategic direction of the Department. Based on skills and expertise, the Deputy and Director divide leadership responsibilities of the functional areas of the Department, including providing mentoring, guidance, support, and feedback to staff in those designated areas. The Deputy also has primary responsibility for the financial functions of the Department.

Salary & Benefits:

Non-Union position – Grade D72 - The starting salary range is $107,702 - $121,232 annually depending on skills and experience, and the full salary range is up to $136,467.
