As sourcing, developing, and rewarding talented individuals is the backbone of any successful company, we are looking for a motivated, entrepreneurial individual who can help our firm, as well as our companies, with the full spectrum of their recruiting needs. This individual will work closely with our leadership teams and internal staff to identify recruiting needs, develop sourcing strategies, and execute on those deliverables.
The individual is also responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated operating companies. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to leadership that reflects the business objections of the organizations.
The successful candidate will be comfortable making decisions under uncertainty and able to think creatively about the big picture. That said, the candidate must also be willing to grind on executing small details in an organized, proactive manner.
Please note that Chenmark HQ is based in Portland, Maine, and our footprint covers New England, British Columbia, and the South East. While we are flexible with regards to location, the position requires a weekly presence in Portland and need-based travel to our operating companies across the US and Canada.
