WORKING MAINTENANCE FOREMAN
Brunswick, Maine
Full Time, Year-Round Position
Goal: To maintain a safe and clean facility for students, staff, and community citizens.
Region 10 Technical High School is seeking a qualified Working Maintenance Foreman to maintain and respond to the needs of its technical high school, which serves 400 students in its 58,000 square foot building located in Brunswick. This is a full time, year-round, daytime position. The selected applicant should have a general understanding of the many operations of maintaining a facility, and a willingness to learn areas they do not know.
Requirements:
* High School Diploma or equivalent (additional education a plus)
* Current Maine C.H.R.C. (fingerprinting) or ability to obtain
* 24 hour on-call for emergency/maintenance needs of building
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
* Positive interpersonal skills with all stakeholders
* Prior supervisory experience
* Pre-Employment physical
* Possibility of obtaining Maine school bus license
Salary dependent upon experience
